What are infinite games? Like the name implies, it’s an endeavor that doesn’t end. There’s no final bell or finish line. It’s a game where the goal isn’t to win, it’s to keep playing.

It’s easy to make things that matter finite games but to make the most out of them, now and in the future, you should make them infinite games. Think about relationships, finances, happiness, and health. There’s no finish line for these. There is no pinnacle of fitness or health. Instead, it’s decisions that you make each and every day. I’ve talked about beginning with the end in mind before and why it’s important. The sooner you can learn this and apply it to your health and fitness, the better your life will be.
